Why backups need a plan
A NAS with RAID survives a drive failure, but not accidental deletion, ransomware or theft. We set up at least one separate backup copy and test that restores actually work.

Yes. Remote NAS support is available outside India. Product supply remains India-only.
How often should backups be tested? +
We recommend regular restore tests. We can include them in your AMC.
