OEM Software Licence Terms & Conditions

Hardware Buddy IT Solutions supplies genuine OEM-licensed software and hardware products from authorized manufacturers and distributors, subject to the applicable manufacturer's licensing policies.

   Hardware Binding

   OEM software licences are generally supplied with specific hardware and may be permanently associated with the original device.

   Non-Transferability

   OEM licences may not be transferable to another computer or device, except where the manufacturer's licensing terms expressly permit it.

   Genuine Licensing

   All software licences are subject to the manufacturer's activation, authenticity, and usage requirements.

   Installation & Activation

   Customers are responsible for providing accurate hardware and system information required for licence activation.

   Manufacturer Support

   Warranty, upgrades, activation assistance, and technical support are governed by the respective manufacturer's policies.

   No Unauthorized Redistribution

   Customers must not resell, duplicate, modify, or redistribute licensed software in violation of the manufacturer's terms.

   Licence Documentation

   Product keys, activation details, invoices, and licence documentation will be provided where applicable.

   Refund & Replacement

   OEM software licence refunds and replacements are subject to the manufacturer's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
