It depends on your number of users, how much storage you need now and later, and how you want to back up. A small office often starts with a 2- or 4-bay desktop NAS. Share your details and we will suggest options.
Synology or QNAP – which should I choose? +
Both are reliable. Synology is known for easy software and strong backup apps. QNAP offers a wide hardware range and connectivity options. We supply both and recommend based on your needs.
What is the difference between physical, digital and OEM Windows Server licences? +
A physical licence comes as a physical product with a key. A digital licence is delivered electronically. An OEM licence is meant to be used with a specific server and is generally tied to that hardware, and OEM terms apply. We help you pick the right one.
How do I know which RAM is compatible with my server? +
Send us your server make and model, ideally with the service tag. We check the supported memory for that exact model before quoting.
How much does an IT AMC cost? +
AMC pricing depends on the number of devices, servers and users, the visit frequency and response time you need. We give you a fixed quote after a short audit.
What about delivery time and warranty? +
Delivery time depends on the product and stock at the time of order and is confirmed with your quote. Warranty is as provided by the manufacturer; we help with claims.
Do you supply products or support outside India? +
Product supply is within India only. We do not ship or export products outside India. Remote tech support is available for international clients.
