This policy explains how refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled for the products and services supplied by Hardware Buddy IT Solutions.

Hardware

Refund or replacement is available for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, subject to applicable law and return conditions.

Software and OEM licences

Software and OEM licences are generally non-refundable after activation or delivery, except where required by law or where the licence is defective or incorrectly supplied. See also our OEM Licence Terms.

IT services

Refunds for IT services depend on the work completed and the agreed service contract.

AMC

Refunds for cancelled AMC contracts will be assessed according to the agreement and applicable law.
